Easy! Call us or order directly online. We’ll ask where you need it delivered, what debris will go in it, what size you’d like, and what day you want delivery.

It’s best to order as soon as you know you’ll need it. A couple of days early is best practice, but call us if you need fast delivery. Sometimes we can deliver the same day; if not, next-day delivery is usually available.

Every rental includes up to 10 days. You can call the office to extend the rental period for a small extra daily fee.

We accept many types of materials. If you’re unsure, please call the office for assistance!

• Construction Debris: Renovations, building, demolition

• General Junk: Household, office, renovations

• Dirt: Clean dirt, dirt mixed with concrete, bricks, or asphalt

• Concrete: Clean concrete, reinforced concrete

• Other dumpsters: Metal-only, tree debris, or yard waste

• Tires

• Freon products (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners)

• Compressed air or gas tanks

• Paints or liquids

• Hazardous materials (gas, fuels, oils)

• Mattresses and box springs ($100 each)

• Biohazardous materials

• Heavy debris like concrete, bricks, or dirt (must be placed in special dumpsters—please call the office)

The cost depends on the size you order and the material or debris you’re putting in it. Pricing is available on our website, but call us if you have any questions. All of our dumpsters are priced fairly and include great customer service!

The dumpster must be loaded below the top rail. Any dumpster loaded over the top rail may be left onsite until you fix the load so our drivers can safely haul it. If loaded above the rail and we have to fix it or leave it, an extra charge will be applied to your card.

Concrete or dirt may be loaded no more than 2/3 full.

No, as long as we have placement instructions and a clear path, we can drop it off.

In some cases yes, but it’s best to check with your local municipality for their rules and regulations. Yellow Dumpster Service is not responsible for obtaining permits. Any fines for placing on the street will be charged to the customer.

Our drivers are careful when delivering the dumpster, however there is always potential for damage to driveways, landscaping, and lawns caused by heavy trucks, weight of the dumpsters, or poor surface conditions. Yellow Dumpster Service is not financially liable for any damages caused by normal operation and placement. Call us to discuss ways to prevent damage and protect your property.

We do not provide labor to load your dumpster. Dumpster rentals are a great choice over junk removal when you need time to decide what you will be throwing away and can load it at your convenience since we offer a long rental period.

No, we do not hide fees like other companies do.

We charge based on the following:

• Base rate that includes delivery, pickup, a set rental period, and the weight allowance.

• Weight overages will be charged at the overweight rate and prorated to the pound. (We don’t round up like other companies do.)

• Restricted items: If you or anyone else places items we don’t accept, you will be charged accordingly (e.g. mattresses/box springs are $100 each).

• Dry run fee: If we show up and can’t perform delivery or pickup for any reason, you will be charged a dry run fee.
